Jianguang, Zhang

Jianguang, Zhang is a 2013-2014 Visiting Faculty Fellow with the NCDG. He is a Ph.D candidate at Information School, Central University of Finance and Economics P.R.China and an associate researcher in China Center for Information Industry Development. His research areas are information economy, online government services, government-website performance evaluation and smart government. Dr. Zhang has published more than 10 papers in these areas. He is also the leader of some research projects sponsored by General Office of the State Council, Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Taxation, China Securities Regulatory Commission Information Center, Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology. While in residence at the NCDG, Dr. Zhang will examine the key factors that influence the success of the smart-government and explore a model that enhance online public service.
