Meet Our OCSC Staff!
Jillian is from South Windsor, Connecticut. In May, she graduated from Merrimack College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Organizational Communication and two minors in Business Administration and Jewish, Christian, Muslim Relations. She is also pursuing a master's degree in Higher Education Administration at UMass Amherst.
Mary is from Cape Cod, MA. During her undergrad, she studied Spanish, Portuguese and International Relations. This fall, she is attending UMass Amherst as a graduate student in the Higher Education Master’s Program.
Sally grew up on Cape Cod and returns home as often as possible to be at the ocean. She earned a BS in health care administration from The University of New Hampshire, MS and PhD in Public Health from UMass Amherst. As Assistant Dean, Sally leads strategic initiatives to reduce dangerous drinking in our community, organizes outreach and special initiatives for DOSO, and manages community partnerships.
Associate Dean of Off Campus and Graduate Students
David is from Massachusetts. He obtained his Doctorate in Education from Bowling Green University. Now in his 14th year at UMass Amherst, David serves as the dean for all students living off campus.
Thea L. Costine
Off Campus Student Services Manager
Thea has the main responsibility for the Off Campus Housing search processes, fairs, and website. She creates educational opportunities, publications, and programs for Students, Parents, and Landlords. She is also a direct liaison to area landlords and town officials.
