Emergency Loan Fund Program

Funds for the Dean of Students Emergency Loan Program have been donated to the University by parents, friends and alumni. These funds are intended to help students in unexpected emergency situations. Loans from these funds are short-term, interest-free and limited in amount.

A student applying for an emergency loan must show proof of ability to repay the loan, such as a job or financial aid, etc.

  • Loans are limited to a maximum of $150 and must be paid back within the semester in which it was taken.
  • If there is an outstanding loan, another may not be taken out.
  • If a student has previously been administratively withdrawn for non-payment of a previous loan, he/she may not be eligible for another loan.
