Code of Student Conduct Note: The information in the Code of Student Code was formerly part of the Undergraduate Right and Responsibilities. Since 2004, the information is contained in two documents: Code of Student Conduct and the Academic Regulations. A copy of the Academic Regulations can downloaded from the General Information section of the Registrar's web site. All undergraduate students are responsible for complying with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures contained in the Code of Student Conduct as well as those in other official University publications, and announcements which may be issued from time to time. Graduate students living in University housing are subject to applicable Housing and Residence Life regulations. Students are also expected to familiarize themselves with other general information documents including, but not limited to, the Guide to Undergraduate Programs and the Residence Life Policies and Guidelines in the Daily Planner for Academic Success. The University reserves the right to change policies and regulations whenever such action is deemed appropriate or necessary. The Code of Student Conduct is compiled and made available on the Dean of Students office website.
