TIDE Ambassadors 2017 – 2018

Twelve Faculty Selected as 2017 – 2018 TIDE Ambassadors (Teaching for Inclusiveness, Diversity, and Equity)

The Institute for Teaching Excellence & Faculty Development (TEFD) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2017 – 2018 TIDE Ambassadors faculty fellowship award.

Throughout the program year, participants will explore how they can enhance students’ learning and academic success across cultural, social, and learning differences by adopting a strength-based, inclusive and equitable approach to teaching and learning grounded in the value of diversity.

The twelve 2017 – 2018 faculty fellows represent a wide range of disciplines and teaching interests:
