Editors and Writing Coaches
The CTFD does not endorse any
particular editors or writing coaches; however, we do provide to
faculty an alphabetical listing of editors and their services and
experience. For a list of references or to discuss whether the editorial assistance provided would be a good fit for your project, please contact those offering services directly. In addition, we encourage you to review the University of Virginia ’s Teaching Resource Center’s excellent tip sheet on selecting an editor or coach.
Editors who wish to have their information included on this page should email all relevant information (as outlined below) to: . Editors must include the names, email addresses, and telephone numbers of three faculty clients (current or former) who are willing to provide a reference. Editors who do not provide a minimum of three faculty references cannot be added to the list.

Developmental editing that involves substantial re-ordering of material will entail my writing a report of problems and most likely require a meeting or phone conversation for resolution.
