Yossi Chait

Professor

My research interests lie at the interface of engineering, mathematics, and medicine.

Current Research

My current research is focused in developing personalized diagnostic and treatment protocols in end-stage kidney disease: (1) anemia management protocols based on a mathematical model of erythropoiesis, (2) absolute blood volume measurement during hemodialysis based on advanced intravascular blood kinetic model, (3) optimal ultrafiltration profiles with individualized hemodynamic targets, and (4) non-invasive measurement of hemodynamic parameters during hemodialysis.
