More about me: I am “relational” in my approach as a therapist. I try and help students understand why they are experiencing the problems they have and figure out what they want to do about them.  I take an active approach. I am also well aware that it takes courage to seek help and want to honor that. Seeking help can feel overwhelming and scary. Given that, I consider myself down to earth and hope to dispel a client's apprehensions.  It is an honor to try and help someone in their growth process.
