Academic regalia is required for all Commencement ceremonies. Rental of academic regalia is pre-paid by the Provost’s Office and is provided to faculty free of charge.

Please tell us you're coming: If you are planning to attend any of the Commencement Ceremonies, please let us know by filling out this form. This is also the form to fill out to order regalia.

You will need to supply the following information: name, height, cap size, regular- or full-fit, and the name of your alma mater, and your highest earned degree. The garments may be picked up outside the University Store between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on May 10, 11, and 12, and returned to the same location after Commencement. You may also purchase academic regalia through the University Store at your own expense.

Refreshments: A luncheon will be provided to Stockbridge faculty preceding the Stockbridge Commencement, at 11:00 a.m. in 124 Stockbridge Hall. Light refreshments will be provided to faculty in the Faculty Robing Room at the Undergraduate Commencement located in room 8 of the Facilities Building (south end, near the flagpole) at the stadium.

Stadium parking: Parking will be directed by University Police based on your time of arrival and your point of entrance to the campus. Shuttle buses will operate from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In order to effectively handle the large volume of traffic on May 13, several roads will have one-way traffic and the following roads will be closed to through traffic during shuttle bus operating hours: 1) University Drive between Amity Street and Massachusetts Avenue; 2) North Pleasant Street between Massachusetts Avenue and Governor’s Drive. It is highly recommended that all participants walk or use shuttle buses as vehicular traffic will be heavy and parking lots will fill early.
