You will need to supply the following information: name, height, cap size, regular- or full-fit, and the name of your alma mater, and your highest earned degree. Garment pickup will be located in the Campus Center, room 168C, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting Monday, May 6th until Thursday, May 9th. Pickup on Friday, May 10th will be in the same location, with limited hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Return instructions will be provided with the regalia rentals. You may also purchase academic regalia through the University Store at your own expense.
Refreshments: A luncheon reception will be provided to Stockbridge faculty following the Stockbridge Commencement on the east lawn of Stockbridge Hall. Light refreshments will be provided to faculty in the Faculty Robing Room at the Undergraduate Commencement located in room 8 of the Facilities Building (south end, near the flagpole) at the stadium.
Stadium parking: Parking will be directed by University Police based on your time of arrival and your point of entrance to the campus. Shuttle buses will operate from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In order to effectively handle the large volume of traffic on May 10, several roads will have one-way traffic and the following roads will be closed to through traffic during shuttle bus operating hours: 1) University Drive between Amity Street and Massachusetts Avenue; 2) North Pleasant Street between Massachusetts Avenue and Governor’s Drive. It is highly recommended that all participants walk or use shuttle buses as vehicular traffic will be heavy and parking lots will fill early.
