Graduate Commencement: Regalia
Printer-friendly versionOn the day of the ceremony, a limited amount of Regalia will be available near the check-in tables, beginning at 7:00 a.m.
- Master's Regalia
- Available at the University Store, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 3:45 p.m., April 26 through May 7, 2013.
- CAGS Regalia
- Available at the University Store, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 3:45 p.m., April 26 through May 7, 2013.
- Doctoral Regalia
- Doctoral hoods are required for participation in the ceremony and can be purchased, after you have been cleared by the Graduate School, from the Graduate Student Service Center, 534 Goodell Building, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. through 4:45 p.m. from April 26 through May 7, 2013. Note: Doctoral hoods can be purchased only at the Graduate Student Service Center at a cost of $65 each. (VISA, MasterCard, checks and money orders are accepted.)
- Optional Purchase/Rental of Doctoral Gowns
- The Graduate School will provide you with a souvenir-quality doctoral gown when you purchase your doctoral hood. If you wish to purchase regalia suitable for professional academic use, contact Annette Herda via email at amherda@aux.umass.edu or telephone the University Store at 413-545-2619. The deadline for purchasing regalia is March 8, 2013; the deadline for rentals is April 18, 2013.
