Handicapped-Accessible Parking Form


This is for the Undergraduate Commencement on Friday, May 10 at McGuirk Alumni Stadium only. There is no handicapped-accessible parking form for those attending other ceremonies. A state-issued handicapped parking permit suffices for parking in designated accessible spaces at those ceremonies.

Application Deadline

Application Deadline: April 19, 2013.
All applications will be processed following the deadline. Commencement Parking Passes will be mailed out on Monday, April 22 and Monday, April 29 to the stated address. Any last minute arrangements (April 29 or later) are to be determined based on availability. All passes must be requested via the online form. Late passes will need to be picked up by the graduate at the Disability Services Office in 233 Whitmore.
