What Guests Need to Know:
Lodging

Campus Residence Halls
A limited number of rooms (including a very few for guests with disabilities) will be available in campus residence halls for the night of Friday, May 23, 2008, and Saturday, May 24, 2008. Rooms are $75 for double occupancy and $65 for a single. Lodging in specific residence halls cannot be guaranteed. Residence halls are not air-conditioned.
No private bathrooms and no toiletries are provided. Pets are not allowed. A linen packet (two sheets, a pillow, a pillowcase, a blanket and two towels) will be provided.
Applications may be obtained and submitted by using the secure web site, by picking up the application at Conference Services (Room 918 in the Campus Center), by calling (413) 545-2591, or by fax (413) 545-0050. Call University Conference Services, (413) 545-2591, for further information. Applications must be returned with full payment by Friday, May 9, 2008. There will be no late or on-site registrations.
The Campus Center Hotel
The Campus Center Hotel (413-549-6000) may have vacancies, but like other local hotels they tend to fill up early for Commencement.
Recreational Vehicle Parking
RV parking is available upon request at no charge, but the University does not have hookups for electricity, water, or waste disposal. Call the Commencement Office at (413) 577-1101 for more information. Also, see our list of Local campgrounds with RV facilities.
Off Campus
Guests should bear in mind that local lodging is often booked far in advance for Commencement weekend.
