UMass Dining Services Executive Chef Willie Sng and his culinary team proudly present a special celebratory gourmet box lunch for Commencement Day.
Each lunch includes a Signature Sandwich on Artisan bread (see choices below), a bag of Baked Lays chips, fresh fruit, UMass spring water, and a bag of UMass Bakeshop cookies. We guarantee the highest quality and freshness.
The sandwich choices are:
Chicken Chimichurri on sun-dried tomato bread: grilled chicken breast, baby bibb lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, roasted red and yellow peppers, caramelized onions, and creamy Asiago mayonnaise.
Beef Chimichurri on sun-dried tomato bread: grilled flank steak, baby bibb lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, roasted red and yellow peppers, caramelized onions, and creamy Asiago mayonnaise.
Greek Salad wrapped in a soft spinach tortilla (Vegetarian): marinated eggplant, spinach, cucumber, vine-ripened tomatoes, roasted red and yellow peppers, caramelized onions, black olives, and feta cheese.
The lunches are $13.95 each. Bonus: Order 5 sandwiches and receive a UMass Amherst Commencement ball cap, a $25 value.

Where to pick up: The lunches will be distributed before and after Commencement, at the Stadium Food Court near the front entrance.
Stadium Food Court
Grinders, salads, wraps, fruit cups, desserts, and beverages will be sold before and after Commencement at a food court at the north end of the stadium.

Food will be served at two campus sites:
The University Club, which accepts MasterCard and Visa, will serve dinner on Friday and Saturday from 5–9 p.m. and will be closed on Sunday. To make reservations, call 413-545-2551 no later than May 20th.
The Campus Center Bluewall will be open from 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
