The main themes that I have been studying and researching over my academic journey are, basically, the deliberative theory, the political participation in Brazil and the emergence of original forms of democratic participation. In this way, I believe it is important to relate these research interests with the project which the Consortium aims to develop, since it is rightly focused on research, in analysis and proposals for institutional innovation in politics and also, in the various new forms of participation that are being developed in
Latin America.
