Bois Library gears up for chancellor's inaugural
In honor of Chancellor John V. Lombardi's inauguration, the Du Bois
Library is presenting activities during the day, Thursday, Feb.
6, and throughout the month. All events and exhibits are free and
open to the public.

Blitz' cleans up, refurbishes classrooms, halls in 6 buildings
In contrast with the summer's highly visible construction boom that
tore up sidewalks, filled the air with the beeping of trucks in
reverse, and saw walls and framing rise into the campus skyline,
a quiet revolution took place in six classroom buildings over the
winter break.

leads jazz students in gaining recognition
at international conference
The University's Studio Orchestra/Rockestra, was one of 12 university
and college ensembles chosen by the Board of the International Association
of Jazz Educators to perform at the 30th Annual International Association
For Jazz Education's Conference, Jan. 9-12 in Toronto.

Wall brightens, updates look with primary colors, bistro furniture
The Blue Wall still has a blue wall and most of its free-standing
"broken" concrete ones, but the Lincoln Campus Center
eatery otherwise has a new bistro look, thanks to an intersession
renovation.
