Wagner takes WNEC post

ichard Wagner, associate director of the Massachusetts Institute for Social and Economic Research, has been named director of the newly created office of institutional research at Western New England College.

     Wagner has been at MISER since 1995 after holding administrative posts at the human relations area files at Yale University and later Smith College. As associate director of MISER for the last three years, he conducted primary policy-informing research for a number of state agencies, including the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Board of Higher Education, Office of Jury Commissioner and the Department of Housing and Community Development.
