Proposals should address regional needs as defined
by community leaders, such as the Pioneer Valley Plan for Progress

development, while protecting the environment and emphasizing
sustainable development.
Proposals should be submitted to the Office of Industry

partners will review and evaluate the proposals. To be considered,
applicants must identify a collaborative partner organization

of community needs are available online (www.umass.edu/oed/pseg.html).
