Tenure awards, transfers OK'd

he Board of Trustees awarded tenure to two faculty members and approved the transfer of tenure to other departments for four members of Consumer Studies at its Nov. 7 meeting.

     From Consumer Studies, associate professor Patricia Warner moved to Theater; associate professor Susan Michelman transferred to Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration, and associate professor M.J. Alhabeeb and department head Sheila Mammen went to Resource Economics.

     Associate professor Maurianne Adams of Student Development and Pupil Personnel Services and assistant professor Neta Crawford of Political Science received tenure.
