New tax law provisions summarized for employees
President Bush has signed the $1.35 trillion "Economic Growth and Tax Reconciliation Act" into law. It is a unique law in that many of the provisions are phased in and phased out over a period of years ... some will have implications for Massachusetts tax purposes.
