Scott Explains Reasons for
Proposed Budget Reductions

While budget cuts seem unthinkable during an economic boom, Chancellor David K. Scott said last week that his proposed reductions of 1 percent to 3 percent are a prudent step to address possible funding shortages in the next few years.
