Students participating in the CHESS research and training program receive:
A $5200 stipend for full participation in the 14-week spring semester field research program.
A travel allowance of up to $1550 to cover the costs of traveling to Barcelona, Spain and student field sites. The amount will be based on the actual cost of transportation.
Funding for room, board, and study tours during the two workshops at the University of Barcelona.
Please note that students cannot be working during the 14 weeks of the international program.
