David Riddle

David Riddle is the Executive Director of University Dining at Texas A&M University. Texas A&M University Dining has more than 30 on-campus concepts comprised of all you care to eat dining centers, multi-unit food courts, stand-alone retail units, mobile coffee and food kiosks, convenience stores, full-service catering and event planning and a faculty club. University Dining is self-operated auxiliary reporting under the Vice President for Administration with more than 10,000 students on its voluntary dining plan serving an average of 17,000 meals per day during the academic year.
