David May, Assistant Vice President for Business Affairs at the University New Hampshire (UNH) brings over 32 years of hospitality experience to his position which includes management and growth of $80 million in auxiliary enterprises. In 2003, he embarked on a complete revamp of the meal plans and oversaw the construction of a new dining facility, Holloway Commons, which includes several innovative dining options for students, faculty and staff. During his tenure at UNH, the dining team has won 20 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards presented by NACUFS. In addition to the dining program, he manages the Housing Department, Printing Services, Mail Services, Conferences and Catering, bookstore contract, concessions contract and commercial activity on campus. Prior to UNH, he held various positions with Saga Corp and Marriott Management Services.
