American Culinary Federation (ACF) Sanctioned Team Culinary Competition
One of the most anticipated events during the conference.  Let the competition begin.  Fifteen teams of four will compete in the hot food competition and four teams of three will compete in the pastry competition (new).  Each team will be given a mystery basket of products with which they will have three hours to prepare 10 servings. More details will be provided at Thursday’s mandatory afternoon meeting.  The competitions are evaluated by a panel of national judges, Noble Masi, CEPC, CMB, AAC, HOF Lead Judge, Anton Flory CMC, AAC, Walter Zuromski CEC, Tom Recinella CEC, AAC, Nick Zakharoff and Michael Beriau CEC, AAC.  Limited to 15 teams in total.  Register early to get in!

Awards and Medals
Presentation for the 2009 American Culinary Federation (ACF) Sanctioned Team Competition medals.
A shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel on an on-going basis. For those teams that are competing, please make sure you are able to stay until 4:30 pm for the presentation of medals.
