Cathy Nash Holley

Cathy Nash Holley has been publisher and editor-in-chief of Flavor & The Menu magazine since it began ten years ago. Cathy started her publishing career with Diversified Business Communications, where she worked as an editor for SeaFood Business and National Fisherman magazines. In 1998, she joined Media Unlimited Inc., and worked with founders David Stafford and Mike Wigell to develop Flavor & The Menu, the only magazine dedicated entirely to the importance of flavor as a business tool, directed at the highest volume and most influential menu developers in the nation, including the Top 550 chains. Flavor & The Menu is produced five times a year, and, with its annual Top Flavor Trends issue, is a valuable resource for the foodservice industry.
