Essential
Information
When:
Friday, August
29th, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where:
The Lincoln Campus Center (CC). Registration and the
Opening Welcome will be in the CC Auditorium (located on the
lower level) and all sessions will be on the same floor.
Registration:
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. CC Auditorium. Complimentary morning
refreshments will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. until
the first session begins at 9:00 a.m. If you are
pre-registered, please come to the check-in table and receive
your TA Orientation portfolio.
If
you have not pre-registered to date, we encourage you to call
the Center for Teaching directly at 545–1225 immediately
or
register online. Pre-registration allows us to have a
lunch reserved for you. All TAs are welcome to attend
the TA Orientation and can do so by registering that morning
on site.
Parking:
If you do not have a valid parking lot decal we recommend that
you park in the Campus Center Parking Garage. The entrance to
the garage is located off of Commonwealth Avenue (across from
the Mullins Center) on the west side of campus. A fee is
charged for parking in the garage.
Lunch:
Lunch is provided and will be served in the CC Auditorium
between noon and 12:45 p.m. We will do our best to
accommodate your specific dietary requirements you might have
if notified in sufficient time. If you have not done so
already, please let us know your preference.
Access:
All Campus Center facilities are fully wheelchair accessible.
