Faculty Grants
for Teaching
 he Provost's
Office and the Center for Teaching sponsor Faculty Grants for
Teaching to encourage faculty to explore new and improved
approaches to instruction. Full-time faculty members in the
ranks of instructor through full professor are invited to
submit applications. The CFT coordinates the grant process and
meets with grantees to provide assistance in completion of
projects, as well as in more general teaching concerns. A
faculty committee reviews applications. Grants usually range
between $1,000 and $1,500.
