Route 9 Billboard Touts Work of CCC

A new billboard celebrating a long-standing campus partnership to prevent underage and dangerous drinking is greeting drivers crossing the Coolidge Bridge into Hadley.

The billboard, which went up in late October, highlights the efforts of the Campus and Community Coalition to Reduce High Risk Drinking (CCC) and bears the message “Working Together to Prevent Underage and Dangerous Drinking” with the website link for the coalition.

The billboard is an effort of the CCC, in partnership with the towns of Hadley and Amherst, the Strategic Planning Initiative for Families and Youth Coalition, the Northwestern district attorney’s office and Williams Distributing of Chicopee.
