Global Tasting, Local Talents

Three chefs from the award-winning UMass Dining will showcase some of their culinary specialties by preparing, cooking and serving cuisines from Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Vietnamese, China, France, Spain, United Kingdom, and America dubbed as “World Street Food with local Flavors” event to raise money for the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) Scholarship Fund at Marriott Center, 11th floor, Campus Center on UMass campus, on Thursday, May 15 from 5 to 8:00 pm.

Each item will be freshly prepared before your eyes and served in smaller portions, just like the street food in the featured home countries.
