We are delighted to present our all new catering menu. Our culinary team, management and staff of UMass Catering offer an outstanding array of food and beverages and services to meet the varied needs of the community. From coffee breaks to business luncheons, to elegantly served receptions and dinners, we can do it all. Our most popular menus are shown. However, for that extra special occasion we can develop a special menu for you. You will find that we offer the freshest ingredients, with creative presentations and friendly service.

We are ready to assist you. Booking your catering event is easy. You can make arrangements with us by telephone, fax or e-mail. No matter what your catering needs, our staff will assist you in planning your menu. We welcome the opportunity to serve you.

Congratulations to Nathan Millette who received the Gerald Scanlon Student Employee of the Year Award.  The award recognizes students who have demonstrated outstanding performance by contributing their time and skills to help UMass Amherst achieve its goals and objectives.  Nathan was one of ten students to receive this award.  Thank you Nathan for the contributions you have made to UMass Catering.  We are proud of you!  Click here to see pictures of Mr. Millette receiving his award.

2006 NACUFS’ Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards
In college and university culinary arts, the ultimate professional tribute is the NACUFS’ Loyal E. Horton Dining Award.  Named for a NACUFS founder, past president, and highly regarded innovator, the Loyal E. Horton Award salutes the most successful ideas in menus, presentations, special event planning, and new dining concepts.

There were 170 entries in the 2006 Loyal E. Horton Awards contest.  NACUFS states that “They were all very impressive and a reflection of the wonderful talents of our NACUFS members”.  UMass Catering was awarded for the Catering-Special Event category based upon our performance and services for the 2006 Fine Arts Center Gala on February 4th.

UMass Catering was presented with the award at the NACUFS’ 2006 National Conference in Toronto on July 27th.
