Difference between Co-ops and Internships:

Co-ops:   

  • Salaried
  • Pre-professional
  • Directly related to your field of study
  • Summer, Six months, Eight months or a combination
  • Considered a Full-time student while at placement

Internships:

  • Associated with academic credits (Tuition)
  • Faculty sponsor is required
  • Cover Letters required for each posting
  • Occasionally salaried
  • Part-time or Full-time
  • Summer, Semester or January

Previous Opportunities:

   Over a thousand positions are available each year spanning all the major disciplines on campus.   Hundreds of positions are salaried, others offer stipends or other advantages such as housing, and many are volunteer positions with outstanding organizations.  While most of our organizations are in Massachusetts, we have identified a significant number in New York, Washington, DC, and throughout the country.
