If this is a semester co-op, you will need the Departmental Permission form from you Field Experience Representative.

All students who have accepted an internship or co-op placement are required to attend one of the "Strategies for Success" meetings held at the end of each semester. Check our WEB site for times and dates or call 545-6265. Important placement issues, registration information, your status at UMass and materials to bring to your employer will be discussed at these meetings. If you are unable to attend, contact your Field Experience Representative.
