Zulma has been part of the UMass community for over 30 years. A native New Yorker, her office is a haven for Yankee, Mets, Jets, Knicks & Giants fans at UMass. She earned a B.S. degree from Queens College of C.U.N.Y. and hold two graduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. While completing doctoral studies in Exercise Science, Zulma first joined Campus Recreation as a graduate assistant in 1979. The director since 1997, Zulma enjoys family time, golfing, adding to her Ipod music library and reading.

Jeanne earned a B.S. in English Education and an M.S. in Student Personnel Management from Buffalo State College. Jeanne received an M.S. in Sport Management from UMass Amherst in 1991 and worked as a graduate assistant for Campus Recreation while earning her Master's degree. A former high school English teacher and native of the Buffalo, New York area, Jeanne Orr has been on staff since 1994.
Jeanne is a member of the International Association of Approved Baskeball Officials and a former high school basketball official and softball umpire.

Jason received a Master of Exercise and Sport Sciences in 2005 from the University of Florida. At Florida, Jason was a graduate assistant in the Department of Recreational Sports and worked as a high school basketball and football official as a member of the Mid-Florida Officials Association. A UMass alum, Jason received his B.A. in Philosophy and worked in the Campus Recreation program as a sports supervisor and official. Prior to returning to his alma mater in 2006, Jason was the Coordinator of Intramural Sports at Missouri State University. Jason is a high school basketball official and a member of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials.

Amy received her B.A. from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Prior to joining the Campus Recreation staff in September 2007, Amy was an assistant fitness director, group exercise instructor and lifestyle consultant at City Club at River Ranch and a prevention and wellness assistant at a regional medical fitness center in Lafayette, Louisiana. Amy has also worked at Kinetics Adult Fitness and Gold's Gym in Amherst. A certified group fitness instructor, Amy holds certifications from Aerobics & Fitness Association of America & the American Heart Association.

Dave Litterer has worked at UMass as an office manager in several departments since 1986. He joined Campus Recreation in 1999. Dave received a B.A. in Economics at UMass in 1982 and a Master's degree in Public Administration from UMass in 1997. A United States soccer historian, Dave is the author of "An Overview of American Soccer History" and a contributing author of the book THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF AMERICAN SOCCER HISTORY.
