About The Club
The UMass wrestling team competes in the NCWA (National Collegiate Wrestling Association). Opponents include teams from the NCWA and NCAA, including American International College, Western New England College and the University of Southern Maine. 

In 2010-11, the club competed at the Northeast Conference Tournament at SUNY Cobleskill. With 16 wrestlers, the club placed 3rd out of 23 teams, losing only to MIT and the Naval Academy. The team continued to wrestle well in the post season at the Nationals in Macon, GA. Brian Stapleton, Matt Clement and Greg Cormier placed in the All-American Round.
