Women's Volleyball

About The Club
The women’s team was established in 1997. During this time, the varsity volleyball team still existed. Around 2000, the varsity team was cut due to budgetary reasons.  

In 2007, the women's club volleyball team was officially recognized as a UMass sport club. The club practices year round, starting with tryouts in September and closing out the season in April. Practice is from 7am-9am Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the Recreation Center. The team travels to many tournaments, usually every few weekends. 

As of Spring 2013, we have attended nationals four years in a row.
