Let a personal trainer help you achieve your fitness goals with comprehensive, one-on-one instruction and motivation.
The intro session includes meeting your personal trainer, a discussion of your workout goals, completing the fitness assessment and other necessary paperwork and setting up a workout schedule. The registration packet must be completed and submitted to the Assistant Director for Strength & Conditioning before training can begin. Intro and assessment times may vary but typically last approximately one hour.

Complete these online forms to register: Registration Packet and Par-Q Form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). If you answered "Yes" to any question(s) on the PAR-Q Form, the Medical Release Form is also required.
