The intro session includes meeting your personal trainer, a discussion of your workout goals, completing the fitness assessment and other necessary paperwork and setting up a workout schedule. The registration packet must be completed and submitted to the Assistant Director for Strength & Conditioning before training can begin. Intro and assessment times may vary but typically last approximately one hour. Also consider buddy training: You and a friend can sign up together and get a significant discount!

If you answered "Yes" to any question(s) on the PAR-Q Form, the Medical Release Form is also required. Personal training packages are only available to current University students, faculty staff, alumni and associates (18 years or older) with a current recreation membership.
