Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment is an excellent way to gauge your current fitness level, as well as get you on track to achieve your personal fitness goals.

  • A fitness assessment measures: height and weight, body composition, resting heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength.
  • Body compositions testing measures body fat percentage using skin fold caliper.

The fitness assessment and/or body composition can be purchased separately from personal training packages/sessions.

Fitness Assessment -- $15.00
Client should complete the online questionnaire, waiver and registration form

Body Composition -- $10.00
Client should complete the registration form only.
