Campus Recreation offers free equipment orientations to members. Gain a better understanding of the overall floor layout and policies and procedures of the Recreation Center. Learn what cardiovascular and strength equipment is available and important information such as how to turn on and program the cardiovascular machines and the basics of using strength training equipment.
Please wear appropriate athletic attire. Orientations last approximately one hour and are designed for 1-3 people at a time. However, if you have a larger group, we may be able to schedule a time during non-peak hours and when space is available.
Equipment orientations are not personal training sessions. Click on the personal training links for information on personal training sessions and packages.
