Personal Training

Currently our personal training program is at capacity. Please add your name/contact info to the wait list before registering.

Our personal training program provides members -- students, faculty/staff, F/S retirees, alumni & associates -- the opportunity to train under the supervision of certified trainers. Personal training benefits the clients we serve, in addition to providing opportunities for the trainers to gain valuable, practical experience.

Personal trainers are approved by the Assistant Director for Strength & Conditioning and are certified through a nationally-accredited fitness organization, such as ACE (American Council on Education), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and/or NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine).

Personal training opportunities include fitness assessments and personal training packages/sessions. Personal fitness programs are fee-based and not part of the basic membership. Personal training packages/sessions are payable at Member Services.
