Divisions: Men's, Women's
Regular Season Format: Round Robin
Seedings: None
Playoffs: Single elimination each division
First Come, First Served: 10 team maximum
To play, a team must:
- Turn in a completed roster with the $350.00 ice rental fee (cash) by the entry date to 215 Boyden
- All players must attend one of the mandatory captains/players meetings
- Captain must provide the name of a player willing to serve as a paid linesman. The linesman must attend the mandatory captains/players meeting and the officials clinic
- Captains with registered teams are encouraged to attend the singles meeting if they need additional players

- Don't have a team or looking for a few extra players? Attend the singles meeting
Singles:
- Must bring $35.00 in cash to the singles meeting (ice rental fee)
- If you cannot attend the singles meeting, you may register and pay your fee in 215 Boyden before September 13. Singles at the meeting will be scheduled first.
To qualify for playoffs, a team must:
- Have been represented at one of the mandatory captains/players meetings
- Maintain a 2.75 civility/sportsmanship average during league play
