Championship Summary
License To Kill defeated Sideout 15-9, 15-7

Nineteen teams qualified for the 1994 Co-Rec Volleyball Playoffs. Four rounds later, two undefeated teams had survived to face each other in the finals, License to Kill and Sideout. In game 1, Sideout jumped out to a 6-3 lead, behind five service points from Mike Chase. License called a timeout, regrouped and came storming back. Jean Pacifico, Danny Joe, and Al Chin accounted for nine service points.

Sideout staved off three game points at 14-9 before Tony Soohoo’s service winner won the game. License to Kill’s momentum carried into game 2. Sideout played gallantly but could not overcome the solid front court combination of Geneva Young, Al Chin and Tony Soohoo. License took the early lead and never looked back; final score 15-7.
