Spis Drit Too defeated Team Schred 8-15, 14-16, 15-4

Spis Drit Too was the winner of the 92—93 Co—Rec Volleyball Championship. It took three games for them to overpower Team Schred.

Game 1 started with a back and forth sideout contest. Lars Westvang of Spis Drit Too dominated with one spike after another. Gary Maher of Team Schred retaliated with great blocking. Spis Drit Too kept up the pressure and won the first game. Game 2 was a switch and Team Schred won most of their points after long volleys and numerous saves. Team Schred took the lead 13—12, the game tied up at 15—15 and Team Schred came up with a stunning comeback to win 16—14.

Conal Deedy & Lars Westvang took over inthe third game and showed why they are the 'enforcers' of UMass Co—Rec colleyball. It was a physical game and Spis Drit Too took the lead and never looked back until they won the game.
