Championship Game Summary
Sons of Bird 74, Bombers 67

Sons of Bird, behind a strong team effort and an amazing performance from Royce Henry, captured their second straight holiday basketball championship by defeating the Bombers 74-67. Henry collected a double-double with a 33 point, 17 rebound effort. The Bombers played a tough, physical game and were leading 33-32 at the half.  However, Sons of Bird played solid team defense in the 2nd half and created more scoring opportunities.  Sons of Bird went on a run early after halftime and the Bombers had to play catch-up the rest of the way. Tim Levy played well for the Bombers, knocking down several three-pointers, including one late in the 2nd half to bring the game within reach, but the clutch shooting from Henry at the charity stripe clinched the win for Sons of Bird.
