Pat Mak's Annie Roddy opened the scoring with a nice lay-up followed by two more points from Erica Shapiro for a 4-0 lead. Reigning Hot Shots knotted the game at 4 off a beautiful pass from Lindsay O'Keefe to Jessica Dominik. With 10 minutes to go, Pat Mak had a two point lead, until Eileen McRae took it strong to the hoop to tie the game at 6. Robyn Drew completed a 3-point play and Roddy sunk a 16-ft jumper to stretch the lead to five. Hot Shots battled back, capped off by a nice feed from Teresa Soracco to McRae to give Hot Shots a 2-point lead at halftime. Hot Shots started the 2nd half with baskets from Kaitlin Clark and Jessica Dominik. Pat Mak's Erica Pally drained a three to cut the lead to 10. Hot Shots was able to keep a comfortable lead, capped off by an O'Keefe lay-up, to secure the 31-18 victory.
