Championship Game Summary
The Alkyl Chains 62, TOC Inc 32

Defending champion TOC INC, 1-3 in the regular season, sought to defend their title against The Alkyl Chains. During the regular season, The Alkyl Chains went 3-1 to secure a first round bye in the playoffs. TOC'S Donald Lenze started his team off quickly by hitting a jump shot and then a 3-pointer to give TOC a 5-2 lead. At the fifteen minute mark of the first half, Richard Vachet, a former TOC INC player, dropped in 2 of his game high 15 points to give The Alkyl Chains a 6-5 lead.

Johnny Griffith, who had 10 points in the game, helped the Chains expand the lead to 14-5. The Aikyl Chains had fresh horses waiting on the bench. Super sub Daniel Cooley hit back-to-back, nothing-but-net threes to help The Alkyl Chains build a 36-15 halftime lead. In the second half TOC started going to their big man in the paint, Martin Burry. Burry quickly dropped in 4 points toward his 7 for the game. Ethan Sullivan got hot in the second half for The Alkyl Chains, scoring all of his 10 points in this half.

By the ten-minute mark of the second half, The Chains had built a commanding 45-24 lead. Despite a good defensive effort from team TOC, the lead could not be overcome. Lenze led all TOC INC scorers with 13 points. The Alkyl Chains got contributions from Dylan Krieg's 7 points & Joe Carroll's 10 points. Vachet was too much for TOC, as he lead The Alkyl Chains to the 62-32 grad/fac championship.
