Championship Game Summary
Operation Lockdown 38, License to Kill 32

The men’s final, held in the Curry Hicks Cage, featu red two evenly matched teams in Operation Lockdown and License to Kill. In the first five minutes of the championship, Lockdown found themselves down 8-2 with point guard Nate lhedigbo on the bench with two fouls. Ben Andrews came off the bench to almost single-handedly spark Lockdown on a 13-0 run. With hustle and calm, Andrews scored all his 11 points during this comeback. Operation Lockdown led 19-18 at the half.

Operation Lockdown canned the first 6 points of the second half to lead 25-18. The two teams exchanged buckets for the next ten minutes. Styve Ogando and Ron lateau came off the bench to help bring License to Kill to within 3 points with two minutes left in the game. Operation Lockdown held strong down the stretch and captured the 38-32 championship. Lockdown was led by captain Rodney Marcellus’s 13 points.
