Tips of the Week

Foods to Beat
the Bloat!
Eat more parsley, papaya, pineapple, natural probiotic yogurt, fresh vegetables, and rice. These foods are diuretic, helping your body to excrete excess fluids to beat water retention. Many of these foods are also rich in digestive enzymes that help break down food in your stomach and intestines. Also, many of these foods can prevent constipation.

Did You Know...
If you are tired in the morning after a good night's rest, you are most likely dehydrated. Drink 2 glasses of water.

Facility Alert -Totman Pool Closure

Totman Pool will close Friday, July 25 after the early morning
swim for the remainder of the summer. This planned closure
is necessary for important repairs and maintenance, including re-grouting and sealing the pool, replacing ceiling light panels,
replacing & installing window glass and screens, and additional
work to air handler, dump valve, and backwash & dump pits.

Swim hours will move to Boyden with minor adjustments:

Monday-Friday 7:15-9am & 11:30am-1:30pm
Monday & Wednesday 4:30-6pm
Thursday & Thursday 6-7:30pm
Friday 5-7:30pm

If you have an assigned locker at Totman, leave your lock secured on your locker; do NOT take the lock to Boyden. There are plenty of lockers available at Boyden. Please see staff at the Boyden counter if you are interested in being assigned a locker.
