Class Description

YOGA BASICS (level 1-2) Mon/Wed 3:30 - 4:45pm; Tue/Thur 1:00-2:15pm or 4:00-5:15pm
Learn basic yoga postures, alignment and movement fundamentals, breathing techniques and yoga philosophy. Build strength and flexibility, reduce stress and increase energy.

POWER YOGA (level 1-2) Mon/Wed 2:00 - 3:15pm
Build strength, endurance, and flexibility of the entire body-mind with these dynamic, breath-centered posture sequences. Great cross-training for athletes!

INTERMEDIATE (level 2-3) Tue/Thu 2:30 - 3:45pm
Deepen your yoga experience and learn more challenging postures. Take your practice to the next level.

Class Levels

1-2 Beginners & Experienced Beginners: An introduction to basic postures,
breathing techniques, and yoga philosophy with supportive, clear instruction and individual
assistance. More challenging variations of basic poses are offered; intermediate
postures and techniques are introduced.

2-3 (Experienced Beginners & Intermediates): For athletic beginners and
students with a working knowledge of the basic postures. A deeper exploration of more
challenging asanas (backbends, arm balances, inversions) and integration of basic postures,
breathing techniques and yoga philosophy.
