Drop-In Workouts

Abs and Glutes Blast  (30)
A 30-minute workout that targets the abdominals and glutei

Boot Camp  (15)
An intense class of cardio and strength intervals for a total body workout – are you ready?!

Cardio Dance   (30)
A 60-minute workout that uses various form of dance including lyrical, modern, jazz and hip-hop.  Be prepared for a high energy cardio workout and great calorie burn!

Cardio Funk  (30)
A 60-minute workout that blends dancing and kickboxing.  The dance steps are easy to follow and can be modified for all levels.  Get a great cardio workout while dancing to your favorite music.

Cardio Kickboxing  (30)
An action packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations. This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance.

Express Weights and Abs  (20)
This class involves 30 minutes of a total body strength workout followed by a 30-minute workout that targets the abdominals.

Hip-Hop Club Cardio   (30) 
This 60-minute dance-driven class is designed to build confidence in your own movement by introducing fun freestyle skills and original hip-hop choreography while delivering a high-energy, full-body workout. No previous dance experience needed.

Interval Training  (30)
This class involves a series of specific exercises performed consecutively for a designated length of time. It is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength endurance.

Lower Body  (15) 
A 45-minute strength workout for the lower body and abdominals

Spinning  (13)
An indoor cycling program that uses a variety of techniques to mimic outdoor terrains. Build strength and get a great cardio workout while training to energetic music. 

Step Aerobics  (15)
A traditional cardio class utilizing step platforms and choreography to upbeat music for a high intensity workout.

Total Body Strength  (15)
Some lighter equipment is used for an instructor-led, total body strength workout.

Upper Limit  (20)
A 45-minute class designed to provide a strength-training workout for the upper body and abdominals.
